保险营销员倾向性/情境性道德敏感性对道德决策的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Dispositional /Contextual Moral Sensitivity on Ethical Decision-making in Insurance Agents

摘要 文章以道德决策四成分模型为基础,通过问卷调查275位被试,探讨保险营销员静态的倾向性道德敏感性与动态的情境性道德敏感性对其道德决策的不同影响过程。研究结果显示,无论是倾向性商业道德敏感性还是情境性道德敏感性,对情境中的道德意图都有显著的正向影响,道德判断对道德意图也具有显著的正向影响。但道德判断在倾向性商业道德敏感性与道德意图之间起部分中介作用,在情境性道德敏感性与道德意图之间具有遮掩效应。 We hope to compare the influence of dispositional moral sensitivity (DMS) and contextual moral sensitivity (CMS) on ethical decision-making in insurance agents, Based on the Four Component Model, 275 insurance agents were investigated with Chinese Insurance Agents' Business Ethical Sensitivity Scale and Contextual Ethical Decision-making Questionnaire. The results show that DMS, CMS and moral judgment had significant positive impact on moral intention. Moral judgment had a partial mediation effect in the relationship between DMS and moral intention, and had a suppressing effect in the relationship between CMS and moral intention. We conclude that both the DMS and CMS of insurance agents affected moral intention positively; however, the effects of moral judgment in ethical decision-making process were different.
