摘要
整合城乡基本医疗保障制度是实现医疗卫生服务公平性、可及性与费用负担均衡性的重要途径,但现阶段制度整合也面临着诸多挑战。文章重点对城乡基本医疗保障制度整合存在的问题进行系统反思,提出了未来我国城乡医疗保障制度整合的思路。
Integration of the urban and rural basic medical insurance system was an important path of realizing the equity, accessi- bility and cost burden balance of medical and health services. However, the integration of the system was still facing a series of chal- lenges, it mainly focused on the existing problems of the integration of urban and rural basic medical insurance system and put forward suggestions for the integration system of further urban and rural basic medical insurance system in China.
