摘要
目的:选取江苏省进行医疗卫生紧缺专门人才的测算研究,试图探索紧缺卫生专门人才的测算方法。方法:运用定性和定量研究相结合的方法从需求供给、资源配置等维度进行测算。结果:对江苏省卫生紧缺人才进行测算,得出目前共15个科室出现了不同程度的紧缺,其中职业病科、全科医疗科、急诊医学科、儿科以及皮肤科为急需紧缺科室。结论:关于卫生紧缺专门人才的测算要求方法简单化和运算简便化、数据易获得,要综合考虑对社会影响范围,结合地区实际情况分析,建立动态调整机制并实时更新。
Objective: To calculate the shortage of health talents in Jiangsu, and to explore the calculating methods of the shortage of health professionals. Methods: Using qualitative and quantitative research methods to calculate from the demand supply, resourc, allocation and other dimensions. Results: After calculating the shortage of talents in Jiangsu, there were 15 sections with varying de grees of shortage. Occupational diseases, medical science, department of emergency medicine, pediatrics and dermatology were urgen shortage departments. Conclusion: The measurement methods about the shortage of health professionals required simple methods and operation, easy access to data. It needed to consider the social ivffluence scope, analyze on the basis of the actual situation in the re gion, establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism and update in real time.
