基于滑动冲击的弹性钢索三次冲击力学特性研究

摘要 针对采用固定冲击下计算的弹性钢索三次冲击应力作为峰值应力的局限性,提出了基于滑动冲击的弹性钢索三次冲击力学特性分析理论,推导并建立了分析计算和仿真模型,经与试验实测结果对比,验证了滑动冲击下计算的钢索三次冲击应力作为峰值应力更加合理,证明了提出的理论和分析计算模型正确可用。通过仿真模型开展了仿真分析,说明了不同冲击速度、冲击角度及摩擦系数与钢索三次冲击应力大小的关系。研究结果可为钢索冲击应力计算提供理论参考。 For the limitation of the elastic cable third impact stress under fixation impact as peak cable stress, it presents the analysis theory of dynamic characteristics under slippage impact. Analysis calculation and simulation model are detruded and established. The rationality of the elastic cable third impact stress under slippage impact as peak cable stress is verified through comparing the simulation results with the available experimental data. The theory and model proposed in the paper is demonstrated to be valid and correct. With the simulation analysis by the model, the results indicate that the relationship of the different impact velocity, impact angel, friction coefficient and the cable third impact stress under slippage impact. The research results can provide the theory reference for calculating the cable impact stress.
