FAST馈源舱大尺寸同轴度测量方法

摘要 结构件大尺寸同轴度测量一般比较困难,本文以FAST馈源舱星形框架同轴度测量为背景,提出了一种大尺寸同轴度测量方法。其采用激光跟踪仪,将测量同轴度轴线偏差转换为测量基准轴线与端面法线的夹角。结果表明,该方法具有较高的测量精度,基准轴线与端面法线的夹角达到0.094°、优于0.2°的设计要求;而且操作简便,易于实现。 It is usually difficult to measure the large-size coaxiality of structural hardware. Based on the coaxiality measure- ment of a star shaped frame of FAST feed cabin, a large-size coaxiality measurement method is put forward in this paper. Using laser tracker, the method measures the angle between the datum axis and the normal of end face instead of measuring the axis de- viation. The results show that this method can achieve a good accuracy, with a 0. 094° angle between the datum axis and the nor- mal of end face, which is superior to the design requirement of 0.2°. Besides, the method is simple and easy to implement.
