摘要
目的尝试一套激励机制来提升孕妇学校的听课率。方法选取2015年7至9月到赣州市妇幼保健院进行产前检查的1024名孕妇为对照组,用传统孕妇学校模式运作;以2015年10至12月到医院进行产前检查的1042名孕妇为观察组,采用一系列激励机制鼓励听课。对两组的听课率及平均听课次数两个指标进行比较。结果观察组孕妇的听课率为55.66%,显著高于对照组的41.21%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=43.18,P〈0.05);观察组孕妇平均听课次数为(3.25±0.73)次,显著高于对照组的(1.82±0.62)次,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.861,P〈0.05)。结论激励机制可以提升孕妇学校的听课率和孕妇的平均听课次数,还可以提高孕妇的满意度和医院的美誉度。
Objective To explore the an incentive mechanism for increasing class-attending rate at pregnant women's school. Methods 1 024 pregnant women taking prenatal examination at our hospital from July to September, 2015 were selected as a control group, taking traditional school operation mode, and 1 042 pregnant women taking prenatal examination at our hospital from October to December, 2015 as an observation group, incentive mechanisms was used to encourage the women to attend class. The class-attending rate and class- attending times were compared between these two groups. Results The class-attending rate and class-attending times were 55.66% and ( 3.25±0.73 ) times in the observation group and were 41.21% and ( 1.82±0.62 ) times in the control group, with statistical differences (X 2=43.18, P 〈 0.05; t=-2.861, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Incentive mechanism can increase the class-attending rate and class-attending times at pregnant women's school and improve maternal satisfaction and hospital reputation.
