丹红注射液配合靳三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Jin＇s three-needling therapy and Danhong injection in treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察丹红注射液配合靳三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将34例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成观察组18例和对照组16例，观察组给予丹红注射液静滴及靳三针治疗，靳三针取穴以腰三针、坐骨针、夹脊穴为主。对照组予腰椎温热牵引治疗及中频理疗。观察两组患者治疗两个疗程后的临床疗效及JOh下腰痛量表评分。结果治疗两个疗程后，观察组总有效率为100．0％，优于对照组的总有效率（88．0％），P〈0．05。治疗后，两组JOA下腰痛评估量表评分均明显增加，观察组较对照组增加更明显（P〈0．05）。结论丹红注射液配合靳三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效优于腰椎牵引配合中频理疗。

Objective To observe of the clinical curative effect Jin＇s three-needling therapy and Danhong injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 34 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into an observation group （n=l 8） and a control group （n=16）. The observation group were treated with Jin＇s three-needling therapy and Danhong injection; Jin＇s three-needling therapy took three stitches in waist, sit spicule, and clip ridge points mainly. The control group were treated by lumbar traction therapy and medium frequency physiotherapy and warmth. After two treatment courses, the clinical efficacy and the scores of JOA low back pain rating scale were observed in both groups. Results After two treatment courses, the total effective rate was 100.0% in the observation group and was 88.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the scores of JOA low back pain assessment scale significantly increased in both grouos and moreobviously in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jin＇s three-needling therapy and Danhong injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is more effective than lumbar spine traction with intermediate frequency therapy.
