“扳机点”小针刀配合手法、透明质酸酶直射治疗腰背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效观察

＂Trigger point＂ with knife needle combined with manipulation and hyaluronic acid enzyme direct treatment for myofascial pain comprehensive syndrome

目的观察分析“扳机点”小针刀配合手法、透明质酸酶直射治疗腰背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法选取腰背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征72例患者，按不同的治疗方法，将接受超短波治疗的36例患者作为对照组，将接受“扳机点”小针刀配合手法、透明质酸酶直射治疗的36例患者作为观察组，治疗2周后，采取疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、疼痛强度（PPI）、疼痛分级指数（RPI）对两组患者治疗前后的疼痛症状进行评定，并评价其治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后VAS、PPI、PRI评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗有效率为94．44％，高于对照组的77．78％，差异有统计学意义（x2=11．6028，P〈0．05）。结论对腰背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征疾病的治疗，采取“扳机点”小针刀配合手法、透明质酸酶直射治疗的疗效较好，改善患者的疼痛程度，值得临床推荐使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of ＂trigger point＂ with kmte needle combined with manipulation and hyaluronic acid enzyme direct treatment for myofascial pain comprehensive syndrome. Methods 72 patients lumbar myofascial pain syndrome were selected as study objects. Among which, 36 were treated by ultrashort wave and set as a control group and the other 36 with ＂trigger point＂ with knife needle combined with manipulation and hyaluronic acid enzyme and as an observation group. After 2 weeks＇ treatment, pain visual simulation score （VAS）, pain intensity （PPI）, pain rating index （RPI） were used to assess the pain symptoms in both. The treatment effects were evaluted. Results The scores of vas, PPI, and PRI were better in the observation group than in the contol group after the treatment, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate was 94.44% in the observation group and 77.78% in the control group, with a statistical difference （X 2=11.602 8, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ＂Trigger point＂ with knife needle combined with manipulation and hyaluronic acid enzyme direct treatment for lumbar myofascial pain syndrome is effective and can improve the patients＇ pain degree, so it is worth being recommended for clinical use.
