摘要
纳米技术在恶性肿瘤检测和诊断中已有广阔的应用前景。新型荧光半导体纳米晶体量子点具有荧光强度高、稳定性好和发射光谱可调等理化特性,经生物分子修饰后,可与肿瘤标志物结合,用于同时检测多种肿瘤标志物。
Tumor markers plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor. New fluorescent semiconductor nanocrystal quantum dots with high fluorescence intensity,good stability and excellent optical physics properties such as emission spectrum adjustable,combined with tumor markers,applied to the simultaneous detection of multiple tumor marker.
