摘要
对叉形端子的成形工艺进行了分析,在级进模中设计了切弯工序实现精密冲裁,保证了悬臂窄长叉形结构零件的尺寸精度。实践证明,模具结构合理,提高了生产效率,可为类似零件的模具设计提供参考。
The stamping process of a fork terminal was analyzed. The cutting curve process was designed in the progressive die to realize precision stamping, it ensured the dimension- al accuracy of cantilever with narrow and long fork structure. Practice proved that the die structure was stable and reliable, which could provide references for the die design of the similar parts.
