摘要
通过对后保险杠托架零件的成形工艺进行分析,优化了级进模排样方案,利用子、母滑块进行侧翻边,避免了浮料干涉。经实践生产证明,设计的模具结构安全可靠,成形的零件质量良好,满足了生产需求,对同类零件的成形具有一定的参考作用。
Based on the analysis of forming process of bumper bracket, a layout scheme of progressive die was optimized. It avoided the interference between floatsam by using the composite slider to side flanging. The practical production verified that the die structure was safe and reliable and the parts quality was good, which provided reference for similar parts.
