摘要
介绍了汽车覆盖件冲模中斜楔机构的工作原理及分类,阐述了斜楔机构各组成部件的功能及选用原则,说明了斜楔机构的设计及加工要点,对于使用斜楔机构的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。
The working principle and classification of cam driver mechanism of stamping die for automotive cover panel were presented. The function and selecting principle of each component were elaborated and their main points of design and machining were illustrated, which has a certain reference for stamping die design with cam mechanism.
