摘要
针对实际生产中成形多种局部存在差异的制件,更换模具零件效率低,浪费大量资源的问题,设计拉杆快换凸模结构,实现了带孔和不带孔制件成形时模具零件的快速更换,操作简单快捷,缩短加工2种不同制件中更换模具零件的时间,提高了制件的生产效率。
In actual production, the forming part existed local differences. So, the efficient of changing die was low and wasting a lot of resources. A tie rod was designed to rapid change punch structure, which achieved rapid changing to form the part with and without hole. The operation was simple and-quick. It shortened the replacement time for die parts when manufactured two different parts.
