摘要
克拉苏构造带9号构造超深井钻探面临诸多挑战:盐上地层构造高陡、砾石层发育、可钻性差;气藏上覆巨厚盐层、膏泥岩层,盐层埋藏深达4500~6500m,常伴随高压盐水;盐下目的层白垩系研磨性极强、可钻性差、裂缝发育,易漏,易掉块卡钻。通过个性化钻头、垂直钻井系统、涡轮钻具配合孕镶钻头、油基钻井液体系研究与应用,克服了克拉苏构造带钻井工程遇到的一系列难题,实现了快速钻井的目标。
There are many challenges when drilling at KS9 structure.The structure over salt beds is often of high-dip,with developed gravel layer,poor drillability,etc.The gas reservoir is overlain by very thick salt and gypsum mud rock,the salt beds buried 4500 ~ 6500 m deep,often accompanied bv highpressure brines.And the subsalt target zone is Cretaceous System,highly aggressive with poor drillability,developed factures,easy to get loss or sticking.By using customized bits,vertical drilling system,turbodril + impregnated bits,and OBM for salt beds in high-dip competent formations,the drilling bottlenecks mel when drilling Kerasii structure were overcome,fast drilling realized.
