摘要 在实施石油或者天然气的钻井过程中,经常会有原油混入钻井液被带出至地面。钻井液沿导流槽流进钻井液循环罐,在钻井液流动的过程中,原油在浮力的作用下浮到钻井液表面并聚集起来,然后通过人工的方法去除。该原油分离方法分离效率低,不能很好的维持钻井液的性能,进而影响钻井作业安全。针对以上问题,川庆钻采工程技术研究院研究设计了一种新型撇油罐,应用于钻井液与原油的分离,使其可快速分离出混入钻井液中的原油,维护钻井液性能的稳定,有效降低钻井作业风险,在国内外钻井行业具有良好的应用前景。 During petroleum drilling,the crude is often mixed with drilling Iluid and brought to the ground.The drilling fluid will then flow into the drilling fluid tank along the fluid ducts,the same time the crude will float to the surface of drilling fluid due to the buoyancy and gather together,and then the crude will be removed manually.The efficiency of this crude separation method is low,not able to maintain the original performance of drilling fluid,safe drilling operation thus can not be ensured.R&D was then made on a new type skimming tank to do drilling fluid / crude separation.The new tank can quickly separate the crude from the drilling fluid and maintain the stable performance of the drilling fluid,effectively reducing the risk of drilling operation.This new skimming lank has a good application prospect in the drilling industry at home and abroad.
