摘要 在下放套管的过程中,一旦现场发生井壁坍塌等情况,而此时芯轴悬挂器又没有坐挂到位,就需要将芯轴悬挂器立即更换为卡瓦悬挂器,同时配套的上部套管头或油管头也同样需要更换,这导致钻井周期因等待时间而延长。因此,研制的新型芯轴悬挂器,它具有结构简单、密封可靠、更换方便等特点,尤其是在需要将芯轴悬挂器更换为卡瓦悬挂器时,减少了安全风险,缩短了钻井周期,降低了钻井成本,而且对完井效率的提高具有推动作用。 When running in casing,if well sloughing occurs unexpectedly with the mandrel hanger not set in place,the mandrel hanger has to be replaced by slip hanger immediately,and the matching upper casing head or tubing head has to be changed too,which leads to prolonged drilling cycle due to extra waiting time,and the prepai'ation of extra different sizes tubing head and upper casing head will account for a large sum of equipment cost.Therefore,it's necessary to develop a new type mandrel hanger.It is featured with simple structure,reliable sealing,and convenient replacement.Especially when the mandrel hanger to be replaced by slip hanger,the operation risk is reduced,the drilling cycle shortened,the drilling costs reduced,and it helps to improve the completion efficiency.
