摘要
为研究全风化花岗岩用作新建郑石高速公路路基填料的适宜性,基于全风化花岗岩风化料的矿物成分、颗粒分析等工程性质的分析结果确定其不能直接作为路基填料。选用水泥材料进行改良,对不同掺量的混合料进行了无侧限抗压强度试验、压实试验及疲劳试验,确定对全风化花岗岩风化料进行改良所需最佳水泥掺量为5%,并得到相应的疲劳周期;现场试验路段沉降变形的检测结果表明,沉降符合高速公路路基设计要求。
To study the suitability of completely weathered granite as subgrade filling for newly built Zhengzhou--Shirenshan Expressway, based on mineral composition, grain size and engineering analysis of completely weathered granite, the weathered granite cannot be directly as subgrade filling. property Cement materials were selected for improvement. Unconfined compressive strength test, compaction test and fatigue test were performed on different amounts of mixture to confirm the optimal cement ratio for improving completely weathered granite as 5 % and get corresponding fatigue cycle. The test results of site test road settlement show that the settlement meets expressway subgrade design requirements.
