煤矿斜井盾构施工壁后同步注浆的双浆液特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以鄂尔多斯市台格庙煤矿盾构斜井为工程背景,对煤矿盾构斜井施工壁后同步注浆的双浆液特性进行试验研究,试验内容包括:流动度、泌水率、凝胶时间和抗压强度的测定。通过分析水灰比和水玻璃用量变化时的双浆液基本性能变化规律,得到适用于台格庙矿区盾构斜井施工壁后采用的水泥-水玻璃双浆液配合比。结果表明:当水玻璃用量不变时,随着水灰比的减小,双浆液的抗压强度逐渐增大,凝胶时间逐渐减小,流动度逐渐增大;当水灰比不变时,随着水玻璃用量的增多,双浆液的凝胶时间逐渐增大,抗压强度先增大后减小。 This paper is to conduct experimental research on the properties of double grout of the back-filled synchronous grouting for the construction of coal mine shield inclined shaft based on the shield inclined shaft of Taigemiao Coal Mine in Ordos City. The test contents include: measurement of fluidity, bleeding rate, Gel time and compressive strength. The mix proportion of cement-sodium silicate double grout applicable to the backfill for the construction of the shield shaft in Taigemiao Coal Mine was obtained via analyzing the change rule of the basic performance of the double grout when the water cement ratio change. The results show that when the dosage of sodium silicate is invariant, and sodium silicate dosage the compressive strength of double grout gradually increases, the gel time gradually decreases and the fluidity gradually increases with the decrease of water cement ratio; when the water cement ratio is invariant, the gel time of the double grout gradually increases and the compressive strength first increases and then decreased with the increase of sodium silicate dosage.
