摘要
电力需求侧管理(DSM)已成为节能减排最重要的手段之一,为了了解和分析DSM项目实施效果,方便DSM项目的改进、提高与推广,对DSM进行综合评估十分必要。从综合评价的基本理论出发,结合DSM综合评估的特点,分析比较了常用综合评价方法在DSM综合评估中的适用性,为DSM综合评估中综合评价方法的选择与应用提供理论基础。
Demand side management （DSM） is one of the most important measures for energy conservation and emission reduction. In order to analyze the effect of DSM projects, equally for the improvement and promotion of it, it is indispensable to evaluate DSM in a synthetic way. Based on the fundamental theory of comprehensive evalUation and the features of DSM comprehensive evaluation, this paper compares and analyzes the applicability of common comprehensive evaluation meth- ods in DSMcomprehensive evaluation, and provides the theoretical ba- sis for the selection and application of comprehensive evaluation meth- ods in DSM comprehensive evaluation.
