电力需求响应作为及时反馈电力供需关系的重要手段,对提高电力系统运行效率和维护电力稳定运行具有重要意义。介绍北京市开展需求响应的背景情况,阐述需求响应的实施模式,启动条件,平台建设,服务商培育,补贴标准及核算原则。具体分析了北京市需求响应的实施情况,分析资源潜力以及当前存在的问题。
Electric power demand response as an important means of timely feeding-back power supply and demand relationship, is of great significance to improve the efficiency of power system operation and maintenance of the power stable operation. The artiele introduces the background of the demand response, expounds the implementation of the demand response mode, start conditions, platform construction, service providers, subsidies standards and principles of accounting. The implementation of the demand response in Beijing is analyzed in detail, resource potential and existing problems are analyzed.
