摘要
随着宁波市中心城区人口老龄化程度日益加剧,老年教育已成为大家关注的焦点。积极发展老年教育事业,是政府的重要职责之一,也是老年人自身发展的需要。本文拟从公共管理的角度,重点探讨公共服务型政府如何推动老年教育的发展。文章运用问卷法、访谈法实地调研中心城区老年教育的现状和老年人的教育需求,分析指出现存的主要问题:老年教育资源匮乏、专业人才缺乏,究其主要原因为:老年教育管理体制松散、法规政策薄弱。并针对上述问题,提出建议和对策。
With a rapid increase of the senior citizens in urban Ningbo, old-age education has become the focus of the public attention. It is an important task of the government to develop old-age education, and also a task of the senior citizens themselves. From the perspective of public management, the paper mainly discusses the public service-oriented government in how to promote the development of the aged education. Through online surveys and questionnaires of the seniors, and the institutions of old-age education, the paper analyses the main problems exiting in old-age education in urban Ningbo, as in the reasons of the lack of education resources, the lack of the professionals, as well as the loose management systems and weak regulations. Thus, the paper raises suggestions and countermeasures to the above problems.
