摘要
目的观察圆滚筒对脑瘫患儿进行坐位训练的效果。方法将98例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组49例患儿进行常规坐位训练,观察组49例患儿在常规训练的基础上运用圆滚筒作为辅助器材进行坐位训练。治疗前后对两组脑瘫患儿采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88项)代表坐位能力的B能区进行评定,观察疗效。结果治疗5个疗程后,两组患儿的GMFM的B区评分均较治疗前提高,观察组的效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论运用圆滚筒对脑瘫患儿进行坐位训练能更有效加快坐位训练,提高患儿坐位能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of using foam roller to train the ability of sitting position for cerebral palsy children. Methods 98 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 49 cases in control group received regular sitting position ability training, and 49 cases in observation group used foam roller as the auxiliary equipment to train sitting position ability on the basis of routine training. B area on behalf of sitting position ability of Gross Motor Function Measure Scale (GMFM-88) was used in two groups before and after treatment, assessed the curative effect. Results After 5 courses, GMFM-B scores of two groups improved after treatment (P〈0.05), and the effect of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using foam roller can more effectively speed up sitting position training, and improve the sitting position ability of cerebral palsy children, worthy of clinical promotion.
