摘要
为了更好地利用我国小麦种质资源和丰富小麦抗白粉病基因库,利用4个不同来源和毒力的小麦白粉菌株对六个小麦生产品种(武都白茧、天选45、周98165、偃展4110、中梁9589和中麦629)进行苗期抗白粉病基因的遗传分析。结果表明,武都白茧对菌株MX20的抗性由1对隐性基因控制;天选45对菌株HY5的抗性由1对隐性基因控制;周98165对菌株HX4的抗性由1对显性基因控制;偃展4110对菌株HX4的抗性由1对显性基因控制;中梁9589对菌株HY5的抗性由2对隐性基因独立作用控制;中麦629对菌株CCQ15的抗性由2对隐性基因独立作用控制。
To make better use of wheat germplasm and enrich wheat powdery mildew resistant gene pool, four strains with different sources and virulence were used to identify F1 and F2 generations de- rived from six commercial wheat cultivars Wudubaijian, Tianxuan 45, Zhou 98165, Yanzhan 4110, Zhongliang 9589 and Zhongmai 629 crossed with susceptible wheat cultivar Mingxian 169 at the seed- ling stage under controlled greenhouse conditions. The genetic analysis results showed that the resist- ance of Wudubaijian to MX20 and that of Tianxuan 45 to HY5 was controlled by one recessive gene, respectively; the resistance of Zhou 98165 and Yanzhan 4110 to HX4 was controlled by one dominant gene,respectively; and the resistance of Zhongliang 9589 to HY5 and that of Zhongmai 629 to CCQ15 was controlled by two recessive genes, respectively.
