摘要
探讨不确定度规律在纺织品甲醛含量检验中的应用。通过对甲醛含量测定过程不确定度的分析,运用数理统计方法评价各个因素的影响大小,确定其主要影响因素。结果表明:甲醛含量测定的不确定度主要来自于样品测试和标准工作曲线制备过程,两者贡献度高达98.5%,尤其是测试过程中随机效应和标准曲线线性拟合过程所产生的不确定度分量比较明显。认为:试验人员在测试过程中应熟知相应检验方法标准的规范要求并能熟练地掌握操作技巧,从而提升试验的精准度。
Application of uncertainty rule in textiles formaldehyde content detection was discussed. Through the analysis of uncertainty in formaldehyde content detection process, the influences of each factor were evaluated by mathematical statistics method and the main influencing factor was confirmed. The results show that formaldehyde content measurement uncertainty is mainly from sample tests and standard work curve preparation process with the contribution of 98. 5 %. Especially uncertainties generate by random effect and linear fitting process in test processes is obvious. It is considered that experimenter should know standardized requirements of the relevant inspection method standard in test processes and master operating skills, so as to promote accuracy of experiment.
