表里换层小提花织物的配色模纹设计

Color Effect Design for Surface and Inner Layer Exchange Dobby Fabric

总结三种织物的设计方法。采用SU111型剑杆织机试织,选择C 18tex×2股线,介绍了三种不同组织织物的设计方法和试织要点,即表里换层组织与配色模纹结合织物、表里换层组织与小提花组织结合织物、表里换层组织与配色模纹及小提花组织结合织物。结果表明:通过巧妙配合各组织,可以顺利开发上述三种织物。认为:上述设计方法可以满足新纹路图案的设计要求,丰富织物外观。

The deign methods of three fabrics were summarized. SUlll rapier loom was used for trial. C 18 tex ×2 plies were selected. Design method and key points for trial of three fabric with different weave were introduced, which included fabrics combining surface and inner layer exchange with color effect, combining surface and inner layer exchange with dobby weave, combining surface and inner layer exchange with color effect and dobby weave. The results show that the above three fabrics can be successfully developed by cleverly matching each weave. It is considered that the above designs can meet the design requirement of new grain pattern. The fabric appearance can he enriched.
