耐人造光色牢度测试标准中存在的问题及建议

摘要 探讨GB/T 8427—2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》中方法3存在的问题和解决措施。分析了该标准方法3的合理性,指出:该测试方法所得结果未采用数字量化表示方式,且不能反映测试过程中的颜色变异(光致变色、色相变化、初期变化等)现象。认为:在原基础上通过应用一套蓝色羊毛标样与两块变换位置的遮盖物,可以得出更为精确的测试结果,既可定量反映纺织品具体的耐日晒色牢度级别,又可反映样品在曝晒过程中出现的颜色变异现象。 The problems and solutions on method 3 of GB/T 8427 2008 Textile-Test for Color Fastness - Color Fastness to Artificial Light : Xenon arc Fading Lamp Test were discussed. The reasonability of method 3 in the standard was analyzed. It was pointed out that the expression method of digital quantification was not adopted for the test results with this method and the color change phenomenon like photochromic, hue change and color change in preliminary stage during the tests could not be reflected. It is considered that more accurate test results can be obtained by applying a set of blue wool standard sample and two positioning coverings based on previous condition. Not only specific color fastness to sunlight grade for textiles can be reflected quantitatively, but also color change phenomenon of samples during solarization can be achieved.
