摘要
探讨光致变色材料在纺织中的应用现状。介绍了接枝法、染色法、印花法、纺丝法、后整理法、化学交联法在纺织中的应用情况;阐述了有机类光致变色化合物的光致变色性能优缺点及适用性。指出:用涂层法通过化学交联反应将壁壳中含有功能基团的微胶囊共价交联到棉织物上,得到的光致变色织物具有优良的结合牢度、水洗牢度、热稳定性、耐酸碱性和较鲜艳的颜色。认为:微胶囊化光致变色化合物能够显著拓宽光致变色材料在纺织品中的应用。
The application status of photochromic materials in textiles was discussed. The application situation of grafting method, printing method, spinning method, finishing method and chemical cross linking method in textiles were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of photochromic property and the applicability of organic photochromic compound were explained. It was pointed out that the photochromic fabric obtained by covalent cross-linking microcapsule with functional groups on the shell on cotton fabrics with chemical cross linking reaction by the coating method had excellent binding strength, washing fastness, thermal stability, acid base resistance property and bright color. It is considered that microencapsulation photochromic compound can widely expand the application of photochromic materials in textiles.
