To improve the efficiency of knowledge resource allocation in the industrial technology innovation, the industrial technology innovation coordination mode is brought up based on knowledge transfer ecological evolution and theories of Utility Niche and knowledge management, knowledge input-output utility model is built based on revised Cobb-Douglas function and the knowledge transfer ecology model is built based on Lotka-Volterra model. Qualitative analysis and numeri- cal example verification are made to discuss the knowledge inputs of alliance members with Nash Equilibrium and Pareto equilibrium, and reveal the evolution mechanism of ecological relationship between the stock knowledge, incremental knowledge and alliance knowledge. The results show that the incremental knowledge, knowledge transfer capacity coefficient and knowledge transfer willingness coefficient have greater impact on evolutionary equilibrium of members' knowledge transfer and input-output utility. It can promote orderly growth of knowledge, improve efficiency of knowledge resources allocation and increase the incremental revenue of individual member and alliance if mutually dependent knowledge sym- biotic relationship was built by using incremental knowledge as the core power and adjusting three kinds of knowledge transfer capacity coefficient and willingness coefficient.
