螺旋CT多期增强扫描在肝占位性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用效果

Application of Spiral CT M ulti Phase Enhanced Scanning in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Liver Space-Occupying Lesions

目的探讨螺旋CT多期增强扫描在肝占位性病变诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法选取68例肝占位性病变患者作为研究对象,并将其分为对照组和试验组,各34例。两组分别接受CT平扫、螺旋CT多期增强扫描检查,对比两组的检查情况。结果试验组CT多期增强扫描检查精确率为91.2%,对照组CT平扫检查的诊断精准率为79.4%。结论螺旋CT多期增强扫描在肝占位性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断中,有效提升了诊断准确率,为临床诊断提供了准确的病变信息,有利于患者的临床治疗。

Objective To study the spiral CT multi- phase scan in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of liver space- occupying lesions application effect. Methods 68 patients with liver space- occupying lesions were chosen as the research object, and it can be divided into control group and the team for each 34 cases, two groups of patients, respectively, to accept phase CT scan and spiral CT enhanced scan, check compared two groups of patients.Results The team multiphase enhancement CT scan the accurate rate was 91. 2 %, control group CT scan in the diagnosis accuracy rate of 79. 4 %. Conclusion Spiral CT multi- phase enhanced scan in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of space- occupying lesions in the liver, effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy rate, provides a accurate information of pathological changes, clinical diagnosis is helpful for clinical treatment of patients.
