Study of the Innovation of Construction Mode of Student Party Branch in Vocational Colleges

文章分析高职高专院校现行学生党支部构建模式,研究学生党支部构建模式创新。认为现行学生党支部构建模式发挥了积极作用,但其潜在不足在新形势下日益显现。创新学生党支部构建模式具有理论与现实意义。创新学生党支部构建模式,应当遵循合法性、继承性、量化性、效能性第四项原则,达到条件、覆盖面、学科专业、人才培养工作目标、构建地、"两学一做"六个要求,把握构建地这个关键点,形成以专业为平台的学生党支部构建模式这个创新点。运行新的构建模式,按院(系)构建,把学生党支部建在专业上,把党小组、党的知识学习小组建在班级上,形成科学的内部组织体系,有利于加强学生党建工作,提高学生党支部建设科学化水平,提高人才培养工作水平,实现人才培养工作目标。

Innovating the construction mode of student Party branches is one of the contents of innovating Party building work at the grass roots level. The paper analyzes the current construction mode of student party branches in vocational colleges, and researches the innovation of the construction mode. It thinks that the current mode plays a positive role but it has its potential shortcomings in the new situation. Innovating the consrtruction mode of student party branches is of theoretical and practical significance. With the new construction mode carried out, student Party branches should be set up in the specialties and Party groups be set up in the classes. Thus, a scientific system of internal organization will be established and the Party building work among the students will be strengthened so as to improve the personnel training work and achieve the training objectives.
