摘要
情绪智力就是认识、理解他人和自己的情绪状态,并合理利用此类信息来调节行为或解决问题的能力。将情绪智力理论应用到中学英语教学中,无论对中学生自身成长还是对英语教学来说都有重要意义。文章在明确情绪智力的内涵及重要性的基础上,从情绪智力理论角度阐述了困扰偏远中学英语教学的问题,最终从教师、学生和教学过程等方面阐释情绪智力理论对偏远中学英语教学的启示。
Emotional intelligence is the ability of knowing and understanding others' and one ' s emotional state, and using this information to adjust the behaviour and solving problems. The application of the theory of emotional intelligence to English teaching in middle schools, is of importance in the growth of middle school students and English teaching. On the basis of clarifying the meaning and importance of emotional intelligence, the paper discusses the problems in remote middle school English teaching and expounds the enlightenment of the theory of emotional intelligence to the English teaching.
