摘要
以高职顶岗实习理论研究为基础,分析顶岗实习评价体系中存在的问题。结合高职连锁经营管理专业顶岗实习工作实践,建设动态全面的顶岗实习评价管理团队,制定可操作、过程性的顶岗实习评价指标,分析顶岗实习评价体系的制定思路。
The paper analyzes the existing problems in the field work evaluation system on the basis of higher vocational field work theory research. In combination with field work in the major of higher vocational chain operation management work practice, we construet dynamic comprehensive evaluation of field work management team, formulate operational and procedural field work evaluation index, analyze field work evaluation system of training.
