Experience of double eyelid plasty in 496 cases

目的总结切开法重睑术的临床应用体会,并对临床常见问题进行分析、探讨和总结。方法对496例单睑行切开法重睑术,归纳提高对重睑术的处理技巧。结果本组496例患者,重睑术后随访3-12月,均恢复良好,无并发症,效果满意。结论切开法重睑术适应症广,效果可靠持久,满意度高。

Objective To summarize the application in clinical doubling eyelid operations and to make analysis, explanations and summary to some common clinical problems. Methods A case study that 496 patients accepted the doubling eyelid operations, aiming at improving operation skills. Result This group of 496 patients, double eyelid 3-12 months follow-up, all recovered well without complications, satisfactory effect. Conclusion This operation can be applied into many symptoms, and is stable, reliable, with high satisfactions.
