转炉一次烟气干法除尘净化与回收系统的成功应用及其运行分析 被引量:4

摘要 介绍柳钢转炉实施烟气除尘湿法改干法的改造情况及投产运行情况,改造后外排烟气排放颗粒物浓度≤15 mg/m^3(标态下),回收煤气颗粒物浓度≤15 mg/m^3(标态下),设备运行状况良好,工艺运行指标达设计要求,电耗降低,除尘粗灰直接回用,吨钢回用量约4.0 kg。 The transformation and opeartion situations of the converter flue gas cleaning by changing wet dedusting process to dry dedusting process were introduced, the particulate concentration of flue gas emission was less than 15 mg/m3 (under the standard state) after transforming, the recycled gas particulate concentration was less than 15 mg/m3 (under the standard state), and furthermore, the equipments run quite well, the process running index can meet with the design requirements, the power consumption decreased, the coarce dust can be recycled directly and the recovery amount per ton of steel was 4.0 kg.
