The process flow chart of liquid chlorine packaging was given. The control scheme and implementation of automation control system for liquid chlorine packaging were introduced. An analysis model was established and control indexes were controlled by using S7 -200CPU, thus process control was improved specifically. Corresponding preventive measures and emergency measures were made, and a complete program method was constructed. Therefore, rapid and efficient safety control was achieved.
