Abstract： In this paper, we introduce the Triebel spaces FA,P^β,∞ associated with ＂generalized approximations to the identity＂ A, and then consider the boundedness of the commutators of Lipschitz functions and singular integral operators T with non-smooth kernels from L^p to FA,P^β,∞.
