农家乐转型升级对策研究——以成都市郫县为例

Research on countermeasure of transformation and upgrading for "Happy Farmhouse" —Case study of Pi County, Chengdu City

【目的】促进农家乐转型升级,加快农家乐发展步伐,为实现农家乐健康发展、科学发展、可持续发展提供参考。【方法】对成都市郫县农家乐的现状进行实地调查分析。【结果】农家乐的特性含季节性;低端性;短、快性;低效益性。转型发展存在的突出问题:规划引领缺失、产业支撑不足、经营水平不高、管理服务不到位、税收管理薄弱。【建议】加快编制农家乐发展规划、转变投资方式、加快提档升级步伐、加强宣传营销、健全机制,统筹推进等,以推进成都市郫县农家乐转型升级。农家乐是农村新兴产业,随着小康社会全面推进,越来越多的城里人喜欢乡村游,给农家乐旅游业带来了的巨大的发展潜力。但随着全国各地,特别是成都周边区(市、县)的乡村旅游业的快速发展。

【Objective】To promote the transformation and upgrading of ＂Happy Farmhouse＂, provide the reference for health, scientific and sustainable development of rural Happy Farmhouse.【Method】Conducted field survey and analysis of the status of Happy Farmhouse in Pi County, Chengdu City.【Results】The characteristics of ＂Happy Farmhouse＂ are as follows：seasonality cessation;Low level; low profitability; the outstanding existing issues in the transformation of development are as follows： miss planning, insufficient industry supporting, low management level, disadvantage management service, weak tax management.【Suggestion】To speed up the development plan of ＂Happy Farmhouse＂, transformation of the mode of investment,speeding up upgrades, strengthen publicity and marketing, mechanism, overall consideration, etc, to promote transformation and upgrading of rural Happy Farmhouse in Pi County, Chengdu City.
