摘要
随着材料工程的发展,使用条件的苛刻,尤其是目前对海洋的深度开发,混凝土耐久性还有很多问题没有解决,其中最关键问题之一就是水泥基材的性能。以高贝利特水泥和矿渣掺和得到的基材,具有强度高、耐蚀性能好等特点,由于它的耐腐蚀性能高且成本低,所以应用范围较广泛。能研制出这样的基材不仅降低了成本,又解决了矿渣对环境的污染和资源的浪费,因此对它的研究具有重要的经济和社会价值。本文以高贝利特水泥为基材,以矿渣为掺合料,参照水泥抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验方法,采用干湿交替试验方法进行实验,并且采用X射线衍射、电子扫描显微镜等分析手段,通过测量样品的显微形貌、物相和抗折、抗压强度等来表征其耐腐蚀性能。通过三组对比实验最终发现矿渣的掺入提高了高贝利特水泥抗海水腐蚀的能力,且随着掺量的增加耐腐性能有所提高。高掺量的试样腐蚀后孔隙均匀,结构紧密,抗折强度较高,表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能。

To develop this material not only reduces the cost, but also solves the slag on environmental pollution and waste of resources, so it is important to study the economic and social value Cement with high belite as base material, with slag as admixtures, refer to cement sulfate erosion of the test method, using drywet test methods for experiments, and by XRD, SEM, through the measurement of microscopic appearance, samples and bending strength, compressive strength to characterize the corrosion resistance. Through the contrast experiment finally found three groups of slag cement increased at high magnification, the corrosion resistance to seawater, and with the ability to increase dosage of corrosion performance improved. Pore evenly, compact and the flexural strength is higher after corrosion in high content of the sample, showing good corrosion resistance.
