Describes the basic principle of measurement while drilling, and analyzes the error of MWD system, in order to enhance the understanding of MWD techniques. Introduces the application range of MWD technology in coal mining, including geological exploration drilling,gas drainage drilling and water damage prevention and control. Use the specific project as an example ,to explore the application of MWD technology in coal geological exploration.
