火电厂煤场煤堆自燃原因分析及应对措施研究

Causes of Coal Dump Spontaneous Combustion in Thermal Power Plant Coal Yard and Counter Measures

分析了火电厂煤场煤堆自燃的主要原因,提出了防止煤堆自燃的应对措施。分析结果表明:煤中的硫分、挥发分、水分、煤的储存条件、季节变化等都对煤堆的自燃产生影响;为了防止煤堆自燃,应该从煤堆的底层布置、煤堆的设置、煤层压实、煤种的使用顺序、煤场监控等几个方面入手。

This paper analyzed the main causes of the coal dump spontaneous combustion. Analysis results showed that the sulfur in coal,volatiles,water,coal storage conditions and the seasonal change had an effect on the coal spontaneous combustion. In order to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion,it should be paid much more attention to the basement arrangement and layout of the coal dump,the coal bed compaction,the coal service sequence and the coal yard monitoring.
