摘要
风洞实验模型的加工质量直接影响风洞实验数据的准确度。首先,针对风动模型的种类及加工要求,分析了加工变形和制造过程产生的误差所带来的影响;然后,总结出了提高模型质量的方法并举例说明;最后,介绍了采用3D打印技术的特点,探讨了新工艺、新技术在提高模型质量工作中发挥的重要作用。
The processing quality of wind tunnel test model directly affects the accuracy of the wind tunnel experimental data. In the paper,the impact brought by the error due to machining distortion and manufacturing process of different wind tunnel models was analyzed. Based on it,the method to improve the model quality was summarized with an example. In the end,the features of the 3D printing were illustrated and its vital role in promoting the model quality was discussed.
