摘要 TEV是电力系统设备中因为放电所产生外壳瞬时带电的对地电压。针对13台电力系统实际使用的10 kV断路器进行局部放电实验,利用TEV检测原理得出10 kV断路器在不同加压方式和不同位置的TEV值,并以此来判断局部放电的水平,从而确定断路器机械性能的改变及潜在的运行风险。对比实验数据可得,绝缘拉杆出现松动的断路器,其TEV测量值都出现了异常,这表明TEV值的异常与断路器一次回路出现松动等问题之间存在一定的关联,一次回路零部件的问题会对局放测量结果产生影响。通过实验建立数据库及相应谱图,可以掌握断路器的一次回路零件状况,对指导电力系统中断路器的检修工作有着十分重要的意义。 TEV is the voltage to ground of the electrical equipment shell instantaneous charged because of discharge. In this paper,the partial discharge experimental of thirteen 10 kV circuit breakers used in power systemwas carried out,and the mechanical properties of the circuit breakers and potential operation risk were ascertained according to the level of partial discharge in these 10 kV circuit breakers,which were determined by the TEV value of circuit breakers in different compression modes and different position based on TEV detection principle. Comparing with experimental data,it was abnormal that the TEV measurement values of the circuit breakers on insulated tension pole became flexible. This showed that the abnormal TEV values and the primary circuits of circuit breakers became flexible had certain relevance,the problem of primary circuit components affected the PD measurement results. The state of primary circuit components was obtained on the basis of the established database and spectrums after experiments,which had great significance to guide the maintenance of circuit breaker in power system.
