摘要
针对目前煤矿井下轨道牵引机车制动系统存在的反应时间慢、空程距离长、制动能力差等问题,提出了一种空间凸轮连杆机构结合鼓式制动器的机械式制动方案建立虚拟样机的方法,分析了空载和满载2种工况下制动系统的制动性能,得出制动过程中作用力、制动力矩等动力学参数及反映制动性能的制动时间、制动距离等参数。对仿真结果进行分析,证明了提出的空间凸轮连杆机构结合制动器的模型仿真的正确性与可行性。
In order to solve the problem of underground rail traction locomotive in coal mine, such as reacting slow, long free distance, poor braking ability and etc., presents a braking scheme which use spatial cam linkage mechanism combined with drum brake. Through establishing the virtual prototype, analyses the breaking performance of the breaking system with no load and full load, then obtain the force, the breaking torque and other kinetic parameters and the breaking time, breaking distance which can reflect the breaking performance. Through the analysis of the simulation results, which prove the simulation analysis of spatial cam linkage mechanism combined with drum brake to be correct and feasible.
