某辉钼矿尾矿提取石英的实验研究

摘要 针对黑龙江某辉钼矿尾矿进行了矿物分析,结果显示该尾矿中石英的含量为70.63%,铁矿物含量为1.56%。为了提取其中的铁和石英,提高资源利用率,采取"尾矿磁选-酸浸-碱法浮选"的实验流程,在磁场强度为160 k A/m时取得了铁精矿品位21.12%,回收率85.83%;采用硫酸浓度为60%、固液比为4、温度为20℃、反应时间为120 min的酸浸实验得到了SiO_2含量为91.48%的酸浸精矿;通过碱法浮选最终获得了SiO_2含量为98.14%,氧化铝含量为0.52%的石英精矿。 The molybdenite tailings come from Heilongjiang was analysed, the content of quartz 70.63% ,content of iron 1.56% were showed in the results. In order to extract the iron, quartz for improve resource utilization, the experiment circuit "magnetic separation of tailings-acid leaching- alkali method". That under the magnetic field strength of 160 kA/m, the iron concentrate grade of 21.12% and the recovery percent of 85.83% was obtained;sulfuric the acid leaching experiment used sulfuric acid concentration was 60%, solid-liquid ratio of 4,temperature 20℃,the reaction time of 120 min,the SiO2 content of 91.48% was obtained by this method;the SiO2 content of 98.14% and A1203 content of 0.52% were obtained by alkaline flotation.
