新型靶标发射机阴极高压电源的设计

摘要 介绍了一种适用于新型靶标发射机行波管阴极高压充电电源设计方法。本设计采用移相全桥零电压脉宽调制变换技术,此变换器结合PWM技术与谐振技术的优点于一身,充分利用线路杂散电感和器件寄生电容,既实现功率管的零电压开关又实现恒频控制,有利于磁性元件的优化设计。文章最后给出了高压电源的实际工作波形。 A design of kathode high volagte power supply for novel target transmitter is presented in this paper. A new the full-bridge phase-shifted PWM ZVS(zero-voltage-swicth ) converter is applied in This design. This converter operte at PWM while retaining desired features of resonant converters. This converter successfully utilized distribution inductance of circuit and parasitize capacitances of devices as elements in resonant tank ,and these devices can achieved ZVS under constant-frequency control mode. With this operation ,the magnetic elements can be optimized in the converter.Finally, the operation waveforms of the High-Voltage-Power are given.
