The Integration of the Resources of the Qin Culture and the Development of Regional Economy——Centered by Guan-Tian Economic Zone

关天经济区包括了陕西关中平原及甘肃天水地区,区域内秦文化遗存丰富,见证了赢秦族的西迁与春秋之后秦国"九都八迁"的宏大过程。秦人从天水越过陇山而向关中挺进,由小到大,由弱及强,由强而盛。具有包容与创造力的秦人精神和秦文化,对关天地区经济发展是一个重要机遇。利用独具一帜的秦文化资源,打造关天地区文化品牌,彰显华夏文明,进一步提升文化软实力和影响力,将对关天地区经济社会发展具有重要意义。

The Guan-Tian Economic Zone included the Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi Province and Tianshui region of Gansu Province, within which rich remains of the Qin Culture are preserved, witnessing and proving the brilliant westward migration history of the Ying Clan of the Qin and that of the eastward ＂Nine Capitals and Eight Transfers＂ of the Qin State since the Spring-and-Autumn Period. Across the Longshan Mountains, the Qin people advanced from present-day Tianshui to the Guanzhong Plain, during which the Qin State developed from a small and weak state to a large and strong state and finally a superpower. The Qin Spirit and Qin Culture with inclusiveness and creativeness are important heritages for the economic development of the Guan-Tian Economic Zone. Utilizing the unique resource of the Qin Culture to build the local cultural brands and promote the ancient Chinese Civilization will be significantly meaningful for strengthening the cultural soft power and influence and developing the economy and society of the GuanTian Economic Zone.
