肺癌患者胆碱激酶(Chok)及胆碱磷酸胞苷转移酶(PCYT)基因的表达水平研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者胆碱激酶及胆碱磷酸胞苷转移酶基因的表达水平。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月就诊于我院接受11C-胆碱PET/CT显像的可疑肺癌患者共68例,术后选取病变组织作为观察组,同时选取每例患者病变组织周围≥5cm处的正常组织作为自身对照组,将两组的组织分别进行病理检查和RT-PCR检测,分析两组患者病变组织胆碱激酶及胆碱磷酸胞苷转移酶基因的表达水平。结果经RTPCR检测,50例放射性高摄取的肺癌组织中Chok(0.75±0.13)和PCYT(0.73±0.21)基因的表达水平均显著高于对照组(0.34±0.11)、(0.35±0.05),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。9例放射性高摄取的肺癌组织和10例良性病变组织中Chok和PCYT基因的表达水平与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大部分肺癌患者存在胆碱激酶及胆碱磷酸胞苷转移酶基因表达水平的升高。 Objective To investigate the expression of choline kinase (Chok) and choline phosphate cytidy- lyltransferase (PCYT) in lung cancer patients. Methods from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital received 68 cases of n C- choline PET/CT imaging of suspected lung cancer patient, and their postoperative lesions were selected as the observation group. At the same time, their healthy tissues more than 5 cm around the lesions were taken as the control group. They were examined by pathological examination and RT-PCR detection, and the expression level of Chok and PCYT was detected. Results Through RT-PCR detection, the levels of Chok and PYCT in lung cancer tissues was (0.75 ±0. 13) and (0. 73±0. 21 ), which were significantly higher than those of the control group [ (0.34 ± 0. 11 ), (0.35 ± 0. 05 ) ] (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of Chok and PCYT gene among 9 high radioactive uptaking lung cancer tissues and 10 cases of benign tissues and the control (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The high expression of Chok and PCYT exists in most patients with lung cancer.
