急性呼吸道感染儿童血清8种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测分析 被引量:29

摘要 目的探讨急性呼吸道感染儿童常见呼吸道病原体感染情况。方法选取我院2013年2月-2015年11月收治的962例急性呼吸道感染儿童进行研究,采用间接免疫荧光法对腺病毒、肺炎支原体、嗜肺军团菌、呼吸道合胞病毒、乙型流感病毒、甲型流感病毒、肺炎衣原体、副流感病毒等8种常见的呼吸道病原体进行检测,以了解感染情况。结果呼吸道病原体IgM抗体总体阳性率27.55%,单项阳性率22.77%,多项阳性率4.78%。年龄高的儿童呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阳性率较高。单一病原体感染中,各年龄段儿童均以肺炎支原体、副流感病毒和乙型流感病毒为主,其余病原体阳性率较低。各季节病原体IgM抗体阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.932,P<0.05)。其中春季和冬季的阳性率较秋季和夏季高。男性阳性率为23.34%,女性阳性率为35.67%,IgM抗体阳性率不同性别间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.851,P<0.05)。结论急性呼吸道感染儿童主要感染肺炎支原体、副流感病毒和乙型流感病毒,在春冬季高发,女性儿童及年龄较大的儿童感染率更高。 Objective To investigate the common respiratory pathogens infection situation in children with acute respiratory infection. Methods 962 children with acute respiratory infection in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2015 were chosen. It used indirect immunofluorescence to detect adenovirus, mycoplasma pneumoniae, mycoplasma pneumoniae, respiratory virus, influenza B virus, influenza A virus, Chlamydia pneumoniae, and influ- enza virus in order to understand the situation of infection. Results The overall positive rate of IgM antibody of re- spiratory pathogens was 27. 55%, the single positive rate was 22.77%, and the multiple positive rate was 4. 78%. The positive rate of IgM antibody was higher in older children. In single pathogen infection, children were mainly infected with mycoplasma pneumonia, influenza virus and influenza B virus, and the positive rate of the other pathogens was low. There was significant difference in the positive rate of IgM antibody among different seasons (2 = 15.932, P 〈 0. 05). The positive rate in spring and winter was higher than in autumn and summer. The positive rate was 23. 34% in male, and 35.67% in female. There was significant difference in the positive rate of IgM antibody between different genders (X2 = 15.851, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae, influenza virus and influenza B virus are the main pathogens in children with acute respiratory infection, with higher incidence in spring and winter, and the infection rate is higher in female children and older children.
