摘要
利用离散变频技术,以STM32单片机作为主控制芯片,提出了异步电机大转矩软启动方案.给出了软启动的类型、系统的控制策略和硬件系统设计,实现带负载、重载场合下电动机的平稳起动.仿真结果表明,该方案是有效可行的.
By adopting STM32 as the main-control chip, we propose high torques soft-start scheme. By using the discrete variable frequency method, we realize the asynchronous motor starts smoothly with load or heavy load. The types of soft-start, the control strategy, and the system hardware design are given in this paper. The simulation results show that this scheme is effective and feasible.
