协同创新中心是一种新型的利益相关者之间协同互动、合作创新的组织,它以人才、学科、科研三位一体创新能力的提升为核心任务,三者之间人才是根本,协同创新从根本上来说是"人"的协同。因而,协同创新中心应着力研究人事管理机制方面的创新,着重加强在人才遴选、人才聘用、绩效评价、人才流动等方面的人事管理机制创新,以适应协同创新中心"国家急需,世界一流"的目标。

Collaborative innovation center is a new kind of organization which collaboratively interacts,cooperates and innovates among stakeholders.Its core task is to promote the innovative ability of talents,disciplines and research trinity,among which talents are fundamental.Basically speaking,collaborative innovation means＂talents＂collaboration.Thus,collaborative innovation center should carry out researches on personnel management system innovation and emphasize personnel system innovation of talents selection,talents recruitment,performance evaluation,talents flow and so on,in order to achieve the＂country＇s most needed and world-class＂goal of the center.
